Wolves academy star Nathan Fraser open to loan move in the summer

Nathan Fraser burst onto the scene last season for Wolves, after progressing through the club’s youth ranks. Despite this, he has not established himself as a regular first-team starter yet - as such, to get the amount of games that he desires, he is open to a loan move away from the club.

In the 2023/24 season, Fraser made seven appearances in the Premier League for Wolves, alongside two appearances in the FA Cup and two in the League Cup. His greatest successes came in domestic cups, where he netted two goals and notched up one assist in four games.

Speaking in an interview featured on Wolves’ official club website, Fraser said: “I definitely want to be playing as much as I can, whether that’s here or on loan. At the age I am, I need to be playing regular football to develop, whether that’s here or anywhere else, and I’m excited to see where it is.

“When you don’t go on loan [in the January transfer window], it’s hit and miss whether you’ll get opportunities, because you never know with a squad as strong as this.
