Aston Villa have players away on international duty at both EURO 2024 and the Copa America.

Aston Villa are among several clubs that will be represented at the 2024 Copa America this summer.

EURO 2024 began last Friday (June 14) and now it's time for teams in and around the Americas to compete for South America's top prize. The United States of America are hosting the tournament, which will run from June 20 to July 14. It's got less teams than the Euros and will finish around the same time.

The Villains have three players; Emiliano Martínez (Argentina), Douglas Luiz (Brazil) and Jhon Durán (Colombia) at the tournament. Surprisingly, Fulham are the most represented team with five players called up including former Man United midfielder Andreas Pereira, who is of interest to the Villa.

Premier League champions Manchester City have only one player and that is Julian Alvarez who will be playing for Argentina. Runners-up Arsenal have Brazilian pair Gabriel Magalhães and Gabriel Martinelli on their books.
