Birmingham City FC 24 player faces in full as most spot on but others look strange - gallery

How Birmingham City players look in the world of EA FC 24 - the most popular football simulation game.

Birmingham City's first game of the Wayne Rooney era isn't too far off now as we come towards the end of the international break.

England play Italy on Tuesday night, and they can qualify for EURO 2024 with a win at Wembley Stadium, which would go a small way towards getting revenge on the 2020 winners. Former Blues midfielder Jude Bellingham is expected to start, and will play a key role for Gareth Southgate's side against tough opposition.

Back to league matters, and the first game of the Rooney era is away at Middlesbrough, where he faces his former Manchester United teammate Michael Carrick. It's for sure going to be an interesting match.

Already we've seen predicted XI's and talk of what Rooney will do come the January transfer window, and in the world of FC 24, EA's latest edition of their popular franchise that has re-branded from FIFA, you can do that. Ratings are the talking point usually amongst players and some players weren't happy with what they got, like Jordan James who was happy to be included and given an Ultimate Team card, but he wasn't too pleased about his ratings.

There's one thing having a card on FUT, and another having your avatar look like you. Some Birmingham City players have had the luxury of having their face scanned, and so their likeness is spot, but others they're having to make do, until they potentially come a Premier League team, and then they'll have their faces scanned then.

Flick through to see all the members of the Birmingham City first-team squad for the 2023/24 season and how they look on the game. Some are absolutely spot on, whilst others could do with some work for sure. Let us know which ones you think stack up well to their real-life counterparts.
