A lively and heart-warming celebration is underway across the UK that is bringing pet lovers together from every corner of Birmingham.

April is National Pet Month dedicated to our furry, feathered, and scaled friends - our beloved pets.

National Pet Day, was celebrated on April 11 - but the whole of April is dedciated to our furry, and not so furry, friends - and over the weekend pet owners showed off the adorable and sometimes hilarious quirks of their pets.

From the twitching noses of rabbits to the graceful stretches of cats, each pet deserves its glorious moment in the spotlight.

It’s the perfect time to acknowledge the joy, comfort, and unconditional love that these animal companions bring into our lives.
